Malfunction Analysis And Solution Of Swing Turnstiles
Swing turnstiles have been widely used in many occasions. Some common malfunctions and solutions of swing turnstiles are given in the following passage. I. When swing turnstiles power on, turnstile wing arms rotate back and forth. Solution: 1. Check whether limit photoelectric switch is irradiated by hard light and then cover turnstile cap. If turnstile housing or motor cover need to be opened, please obstruct the limit photoelectric switch with a dark opaque object for debugging. 2. Test limit photoelectric switch a. Check whether the zero position, left open in position, right open in position of limit photoelectric switch is powered on, and check whether the wire is loose or poor contact. b. Enter debugging menu, turn the brake shaft to drive the light baffle to obstruct the coupling of the limit photoelectric switch with left open in position, zero position and right open in position. 3. Check whether the wire connection between the limit photoelectric switch and the motherboard is loose. If the the wire connection is normal, the motherboard is damaged. II. The turnstile wing arms do not reset after open or the turnstile wing arms reset immediately once open in position. Solution: If the turnstile wing arms do not reset immediately after pedestrians pass the turnstile and will only lock after a period of time, or the turnstile wing arms reset immediately once open in position, please check whether cylindrical photoelectric switch is connected. If there is signal output, the indicator light on the motherboard will turn on; if not, the motherboard is damaged. Check whether the motherboard parameter P08 is set to be with memory. III. The turnstiles do not move after an effective opening signal is given. Solution: 1. If the indicator light on the motherboard is normal, when the turnstile receives an effective opening signal, the indicator light flashes intermittently and the direction indication light will change to green arrows. Test the output voltage of PC and PD at the PX terminal, and test whether the fuse is broken, if it is normal, test whether there is voltage output at both ends of wiring terminal MA and MB. If there is output, check whether the motor connection is not welded and whether the motor is damaged. 2. If the indicator light on the motherboard is abnormal and there is no display on LED tube, check the voltage output of wiring terminal PA and PB and check whether the fuse is broken.
